1. The default email client for Winux is Thunderbird.
If you use Thunderbird on another computer, you can import your email account settings from that computer.

However, this method does not import your email account passwords.
If you have only a few email accounts, it might be faster to simply set up new accounts from scratch.

1. Copy the email account information from the source PC to a USB flash drive

Click Help in Thunderbird on the PC containing your email accounts and select "Troubleshooting Information."
Click "Open Profile Folder" next to "Profile Folder."

The folder should open. Go up one level and copy the entire folder named (random letters).default-release to the USB drive.

2. Transfer the email accounts to Thunderbird on the Winux PC

Insert the USB drive from earlier into your Winux PC.

Open Thunderbird on the Winux PC and select "Tools" > "Import Settings and Data."

Check the box for "Import from an other Thunderbird installation" and click the Next button.

Check the “Select profile folder” box and click the Next button.

A "Select Profile Folder" pop-up should appear.
Select the folder on the USB drive named (random letters).default-release and click the OK button.

Check the content you want to import and click the Next button.

Click the "Start Import" button.

Once the import is finished, click the "Finish" button.

Thunderbird will restart automatically.

3. After Importing

Once the import is finished and Thunderbird has restarted, you will need to enter your email account password, as it was not imported.

If you have only a few email accounts, it might be faster to simply set up new accounts from scratch.

Summary

Thunderbird is the default email client on Winux. If you use
Thunderbird on other computers, you can migrate your email account settings.
However, since email account passwords cannot be migrated, it might be faster to simply set up new accounts from scratch if you have only a few email accounts.
